Classic Deviled Eggs

I have always had a very big fondness for deviled eggs. Their creamy inside and their taste, just seemed to hit at any sort of gathering. Family picnics or holiday dinners, they were about the only things I could never pass up. The fact that it was relatively simple was something that appealed to me, but they could be so satisfyingly full of flavors.

As the years go by, my love for deviled eggs has only expanded started from my grandmother's lovely kitchen at home. I appreciate them more for their diversity-adding in ingredients like bacon, smoked salmon, or even spicy jalapeños to keep things exciting and new.

  • Appetizers - are simple yet flavorful appetizers made from hard-boiled eggs.
  • Ingredients - hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt and pepper and paprika.
  • Cooking - cook at 100° on the stovetop. Once the water reaches a rolling boil, reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the eggs for about 10-12 minutes.
